Scenario: It's Thursday evening. It's October. You have nothing to do. What now? BOOM museum.
Two of Pittsburgh's Carnegie Museums will open their doors to the public free of charge every Thursday evening in the month of October. The Museum of Art and the Museum of Natural History will be free admittance from from 3:00–8:00 pm on Thursdays this month.
We have UPMC Health Plan to thank for this charge-less greatness. However, be warned- parking is $6 but street parking in the area is free after 6 pm. (Biking, as always, is free).
